Return Policy - Standard 14 day return policy

At AgoraDirect, we stand behind our products! That's why we offer a 14-day return policy for almost all of our products.

If your item was purchased in error, you are not satisfied with your purchase, or you have simply changed your mind, please contact us, log in to your account and request a return.

1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase of our product, you can contact us within 14 days of receipt and return the product.

2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories included, must be in new, unused condition, suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, even until we receive the product. In the contrary we reserve the right to emit partial refund, a deduction of 8% of the price paid.

3. The return period is considered expired once the product has been used, in case of failure, malfunction, we offer a solution in accordance with our warranty policy.

4. If there is no evidence of the delivery date, it will be assumed that it is 3 business days from the date the product is shipped.

4. You are responsible for inspecting the product received upon arrival. When the products are damaged or defective at the time of delivery, photographic evidence of the damage must be presented within 7 calendar days after receipt of the product, otherwise, we can deny your claim.

5.If the products are unusable upon receipt or if there is a major fault, the customer receives a full refund of the product through the original payment method or a replacement product. In the event of a minor failure, AgoraDirect's warranty may cover the assembly of spare parts or offer spare parts to the customer. We arrange product pickup at our cost and send you the return shipping label as well as the pickup tracking number.

6. We will reasonably determine whether or not a product performs according to specifications. We can issue partial refund [we deduct 8% of the product price] when the product is in good working order or when it is determined that the warranty does not apply.

7. When a return is authorized, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the final resolution to be offered.

8. Please just write or put postage stickers on the outer packaging.

9. After receiving the returned product, we will issue a full or partial refund as soon as possible with a maximum of 14 days and an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by email.

10. We return the original amount in the same way that we receive it. In case of cash on delivery payment, we ask you to provide an IBAN number to organize the bank transfer. In case of cash on delivery we will refund the price of the product, we will not refund the handling fee for this payment method.

11. In case you sent the product, you need to send us the return tracking number, otherwise you could deny the return request
