Agoradirect always seeks to sell the highest value products on the market. These items must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description.

Check our warranty section with the terms and conditions. As an online provider, we suggest that you retain the packaging as this will assist you in the rare case that the item needs to be returned for repair or replacement. In line with the European Consumer Law, we will work with you to solve any problem to the satisfaction of both parties.

Note: If your product is defective, please refer to the product documentation and user guide for troubleshooting suggestions first, or contact us. We also recommend checking YouTube, as there is a lot of information on easy solutions.

Our products come with guarantees that comply with the European Consumer Law.
- You have the right to have the goods repaired, replaced if the products are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- AgoraDirect offers a 24-month warranty on all products used for private home use from the date of purchase. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure in the event that we are unable to repair the defective product.
- The use of products for commercial purposes gives the buyer a warranty period of 6 months. Our guarantee does not limit or restrict your legal rights under European Consumer Law. We consider all professionals and companies as professional users, which means that we apply this policy when the invoice was issued to a company. We can also reasonably determine the condition and defect of the machine if the machine was used for professional purposes or not.
- When requesting service under the AgoraDirect warranty, proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation ID) must be provided and any accessories such as connectivity cables, remote controls, battery chargers, and power cords sold with the product.
- You are responsible for inspecting the product received upon arrival. When the products are defective or damaged at the time of delivery, photographic evidence of the damage must be presented within 7 calendar days after receipt of the product, otherwise, we can deny your claim.
- AgoraDirect's warranty does not include damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, negligence, natural disasters or other external causes; damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner external to that described in the instructions.
- Our warranty will be deemed void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by AgoraDirect to provide the service (not including standard periodic maintenance).
- Parts, commonly used parts, wear parts, and accessories [such as starters, chains, carrying bags, batteries, hoses, discs, mats, nets, straps, cables, LED lights, wheels, blades, safety equipment, remote controls, the electrical system for winches [control box, reley] etc.] they are not covered by our standard warranty. Once used or after 6 months. If the consumable part or component arrives with a manufacturer defect, please contact us to discuss a resolution before using the item.
- Until the nature of the ruling is determined, the resolution we can offer may vary. When necessary, the item may need to be returned to determine the fault / problem.
- If the products are unusable upon receipt or if there is a major fault, the customer can choose between a full refund of the product through the original payment method or a replacement product. In the event of a minor failure, AgoraDirect's warranty may cover the assembly of spare parts or offer spare parts to the customer.
- Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. If you want to claim a warranty on your item, follow the process described in the return section.
- Warranties do not apply when items are resold/rented for profit.
- The product will be at the customer's risk while in transit to the authorized repair center.
- We may request reimbursement of the costs we incur when the product is in good working order or when it is determined that the warranty does not apply.
- We will reasonably determine whether or not a product performs according to specifications.
- After 6 months, the customer must provide proof of the factory defect by an independent specialist, if proof of the defect is not provided, we (our technical department) reserve the right to reasonably determine the cause of the defect.
- Many of the spare parts are in stock, we may need to order certain parts from the supplier on your behalf. While most ordered parts arrive within 15 days, a small number of difficult-to-order parts may take up to 8-10 weeks to arrive.
- We may request reimbursement of the costs we incur when the product is in good working order or when it is determined that the warranty does not apply.
- To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or alteration of the hardware, software, programs, data and / or information of third parties stored in any medium or any part of the Product, regardless of how it occurs; or for any loss or damage arising from loss of use, loss of profit or income, or for any resulting indirect or consequential loss or damage
- In the event that a machine is not covered by the warranty, the following will be billed: spare parts, labor 25Eur / hr, transportation
- Our products, these terms and conditions are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with Hong Kong law and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
- We reserve the right to make changes to the AgoraDirect website and these terms and conditions without notice.
- To the extent permitted by law, our warranty will not apply:
- to a product that has not been installed, operated, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or specifications provided
- to a product that has suffered damage, malfunction, or failure as a result of any unauthorized alteration or modification, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spill, incorrect adjustment of customer controls, use with incorrect voltage, overloads power and drops, storm activity, force majeure, voltage supply problems, unauthorized tampering or repair or service, use with other accessories or defective or incompatible products
- cosmetic damage to boxes, packaging, or exterior surfaces (including during transit), which have no effect on product performance.
- to defects caused by normal wear and tear or due to normal aging of the Product;
- to damage arising during transportation, installation or when moving the Product,
- where the proof of purchase cannot be provided (invoice or confirmation of the paid order)
